If an item you purchased was not delivered, please visit the redelivery terminal located inside the Rebel Hope main store.
Please send a notecard including your transaction history & the item name to Rebel Hope or Klet Glas.
All of designs are exclusive to Rebel Hope Designs.
Permissions on our designs are "No Transfer" and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
GIFT AN ITEM
Click item and chose "Gift". It will walk you through what to do. IMPORTANT! If you gift an item to yourself by mistake we cannot refund you because items are "no transfer".
